Grievance Redressal Mechanism System

Grievance Redressal System is a mechanism commonly used to receive and act on grievances reported by stakeholders of private or public institutions, enabling timely actions on any issue raised by them and to avail services more effectively. By establishing online grievance redress mechanism in AICTE affiliated colleges, the council can take into account the performance of the institution and ensure the institution meets all the required standards. This grievance administration system enables effective monitoring and submission of online monthly status report regarding the number of grievances received, disposed of and the ones pending on the last day of the previous month, as per the council directive.
